Where are you located?
We are a traveling business. What does that mean? It means that we provide the convenience of being able to teach you and get you certified directly from your home or facility! We also have two facitilites, one in Henderson, Nevada and one in Las Vegas, Nevada!
How much does each class cost?
For pricing information, please look at the Home page to see all of our starting prices. You can also fill out the Get In Touch form located on this website. Let us know which course you would like to sign up for and we will give you all of the information you will need!
How do I pay for the class I signed up for?
We will send you a PayPal invoice straight to your most convenient email address. No need to download the PayPal app or create a PayPal account. You can do it straight from the email once you receive it!
What do I do if I still have questions?

If you still have questions, you can give us a call, shoot us an email, or send us a text with any other questions you may have and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How do I receive my certification card?
It Will Be Emailed To You
You will receive your eCard via email. There will be a link inviting you to claim your eCard online from eCards@heart.org
If you have not received an email and it has been more than 48 hours since you completed your course, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you receive the link, the email will direct you to the Student Profile webpage. You will need to confirm that your first name, last name, and phone number are correct before claiming your eCard. If it is not please email email@example.com
Once you have confirmed your information, you will need to set up your security questions and answers. Accept the terms and conditions of the site and click "Submit". Complete the survey about the course you just completed.
Your answers to these questions will help improve the quality of future AHA training.
After you complete the survey, your eCard will display. You can save your print your eCard. Once your eCard has been claimed, you will receive an email notification; please save this confirmation email to your records.
Claiming your eCard is the only proof of course completion to your employer or school program.
