Basic Life Support (BLS) is a three hour long course that we teach you directly from your home or facility. This BLS course prepares you to recognize and be able to treat life-threatening emergencies such as a heart attack, cardiac arrest, and choking. You will learn how to perform chest compressions, deliberate ventilation, and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
